Hot Bath Add 5 -1 drops to a table spoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until you after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off. Inhalation Add 2-3 drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale. Hot/Cold Compress Fill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply.
