Take a good amount of oil-based cleanser and massage it into dry skin. Massage the oil cleanser into your entire skin, eyes and lips, to dissolve make-up and dirt build-up. Once your make-up is dissolved (or you've just been in every nook and cranny), rinse the oil cleanser off with lukewarm water. Then follow up with a normal cleanser (a water-based cleanser).
